How To Remove Please Call Me Lock + Frp On Oem On Solution
2. Wait Phone Rebooted.
3. Download & Flash Combination Rom.
Filename:COMBINATION_FA71_N950NKSU3ARA1_CL12728665_QB16458277_REV00_user_mid_noship.zip
4. Wait Phone Booted Goto Home Screen Combination --> Then Enter Recovery Mode --> Full Wipe Data & Cache --> Reboot System --> Wait Phone Home Screen Yelow --> Enter Download Mode Again.
5. Open odin --> Select Only 3 File BL, AP, CP (Dont CSC) --> Clcik Start to Flash --> When Flashed --> Phone Auto Enter Recovery Mode --> Then Only Reboot To System (Dont Wipe) --> Wait Phone Rebooted --> Phone Will Show Screen Lock "Please Call Me" --> Enter Download Again.
6. Download Eng EFS File & Flash it.
Filename: EFS_FA71_N950NKSU3ARA1_CL12728665_QB16458277_REV00_user_mid_noship.tar.md5
7. After Flash Phone Will Rebooted --> Screen Lock "Please Call me" Bypassed --> Setup Phone Goto Home Screen --> Goto Setting, Turn On OEM Unlocking --> Enter Downnload Mode --> Now FRP is OFF & OEM is OFF.
8. Download TWRP Recovery & Flash it (When Flash, On Odin Uncheck Auto Reboot)

9. Enter Phone into TWRP Recovery Mode --> Select Wipe --> Format data --> Type "Yes" --> comfirm format data.
10. Back to Home Twrp --> Select Advanced --> Adb Sideload --> Swipe Comfirm To Sideload.
Sideload Super Su.Zip To Root Phone.

11. When Rooted Finished, Dont Reboot System --> Back To Home TWRP.
12. Select Mounts --> checked EFS & System.
13. Open adb command line on windows, then type:
Mount Efs
rm -rf efs/sec_efs/sktdm_mem
mkdir efs/sec_efs/sktdm_mem
chmod 0440 efs/sec_efs/sktdm_mem
Sync
Reboot
14. Wait Phone Rebooted, Setup New Phone.
15. Done All.
